So far, my daughter has had no problems with this school. It is quite a large school. My son, with asperger syndrome is having his visit to this school as a potential secondary school! Yes, it is a mainstream school, unfortunately, but there are absolutely no resources for a child of in a special school locally. ***** Click this link***

Wolverdene special school, Andover.
I have nothing but praise for this school. James was taken on when permanently excluded from his previous mainstream school. It seems to hit the nail on the head with rules, teaching etc. The staff are great and very friendly and they involve the parents with everything, including singing in assemblies (so watch out!!!!!). There is also a 'LODGE' where your child can stay. Outings are a regular occurance, and the teachers offer lots of incentive to the kids. The only issue is that there are limited places in this school because it is so good. ****click this link****
