"Asperger’s Syndrome: How to spot it and what to do"
a talk by Julia Rowlandson
Specialist teacher of students with specific learning difficulties
This talk will discuss Asperger Syndrome across the key stages and will offer personal and practical tools to make your teaching more inclusive. Julia Rowlandson has a BA Degree in English, a Primary PGCE and a Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties.
She gained much of her experience as Deputy Head of More House School, Frensham, a school for boys aged 9-18years with specific learning difficulties [Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Asperger Syndrome and Speech and Language processing difficulties]
We also hope to have representatives from the local support groups and schools at the meeting.

(Our previous venue John Hunt of Everest School was also on Popley Way. The new church of St.Bede is on the opposite side of the road, going towards the Aldermaston roundabout and the Hospital)
